Really enjoyed it - Edit

Got a take-away for lunch. All the ingredients were fresh and lovely.

Like the other review however I would say it was a bit pricey for Tbilisi and I also added extra sun-dried tomatoes, but only got a few pieces. Also the amount of quinoa wasn't that much.

But all in all very big portion of nicely cooked veggies.

Quality Ingredients, but rough around the edges… - Edit

The ingredients taste fresh, and the rice, lentils, chickpeas, and falafel are perfectly prepared. The falafel is exceptional, really.

My salad had two issues.

I paid extra for sun dried tomato and they gave 2 1/2 pieces of it. The few bites with sun dried tomato were so good compared to the rest of the meal. Just a letdown they didn’t put a better amount for ₾4.

The second issue is the cashew dressing. The flavor is really, really good… tastes like tamari and / or liquid aminos. But it’s not a dressing. It’s thick and dense, and doesn’t work as a dressing. So the salad was really dry. If i was at home I’d simply add olive oil or lemon, but being at hotel I’m stuck with a dry salad.

Ultimately my meal wasn’t too enjoyable due to these two thing. I still give four stars because of the quality of the ingredients and expertly prepared falafel. Although my experience wasn’t great, I can imagine this place being good if you order differently.

Pros: Quality Produce, A+ Falafel, Many Vegan Options

Cons: Pricy for Georgia, Texture, Skimpy with Toppings
