Lovely breakfast spot! - Edit
So many attractive options, it was so hard to figure out what to order! I ended up getting a berry smoothie with added almond butter and the seasonal harvest bowl with added chickpea mash. And then two delicious cookies from the all-vegan pastry case. My girlfriend got a sandwich and a coffee.

I loved how clearly marked the vegan options were. I ordered the Jardín verde sandwich and the chaga cocoa with almond milk.

It was a cute spot and everything was delicious!

Friendly cafe with vegan options - Edit
Lovely staff helped us out with a few teas (plant based milks available) and a vegan chocolate chip cookie. Lots of vegan snacks, breakfasts, and lunch options in a cool cafe. Lauren Hill on the speakers as well which gets this place bonus points.

I was so happy to find this place. If you go to Hudson, it could be your go to.
Read more For some reason they were selling packages of salami last time I was in there, but most of the food is vegan.
