Amazing vegan food in the heart of Leura. The cafe is fully vegan and you’re spoilt for choices with sweet and savoury options. Treat yourself to a vegan indulgence before going on a mountain hike. Highly recommended!

A great selection of cafe-style vegan light meals and cakes. Most delicious tofu burger with the freshest salad ever. Really cool decor and super friendly staff who continued to be helpful even though we ordered 7 minutes before the kitchen closed. Don’t be caught short - they’re closing at 3 at the moment.

Great vegan food - Edit
What was once a hidden hole-in-the-wall gem has now opened as a cafe in Leura and is so much the better for it! There is now plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor, and a very extensive menu. I have tried a few different things so far including avo on toast, the big brekky and the ‘chicken’ burger - all have been delicious. I will continue to come here and highly recommend it to others.

Hi Guys.... In Leura... If you want a great coffee or great Vegan and Vegetarian food... with Buddha Bowls that are insanely good and lots of Gluten Free options as well do drop in... The proprietors are awesome and lovely. This is our favourite drop in after shopping on Saturdays.... A moderate sized cafe with a world of good food behind those doors... do yourself a favour..... go eat there and enjoy

We really enjoyed our lunch at Little Niche Nosh. The food was hearty and really quite large portions. The servers were friendly and helpful, albeit a bit forgetful. Would happily visit again and try more of the food and cakes!

Imagine this, you’ve done a morning hike, you’ve seen some cool views, but now you’re cold, your feet hurt, and you’re starving....GET TO LITTLE NICHE NOSH ASAP!! Humongous portions, the loveliest staff around (even one of the chefs came out and talked to us!!!), cute seating area, amazing vegan food....I could go on.

Yeah....I food-coma’ed and went to vegan heaven for a second.

Food came with a fresh and mixed salad. The vegan salami toastie was really good. The quesadilla was avarage, didn’t have a lot of flavour, looked kinda pale and sad and had very little cheese. Would also skip the dessert. Good coffee.

Four of us are here and the verdict was 'delicious' from each person. That included burgers and a curry. I had the Buddha Bowl and garlic bread which were very nice. The bowl contained potato salad curried lentils and rice and a mixture of fruit and vegetables. Generous servings. All the staff were super nice.

The Italian Job Toastie (special of the day) - Edit
This little gem of a restaurant can be found in the Blue Mountains of Australia. Hands down the best veg* restaurant in all of Leura and Katoomba, this sandwich was delectable and savoury. This toastie, aka one of Australia’s most popular menu items, was ridiculously delicious, and tasted like a crunchy pizza, with vegan salami, olives, tomatoes, vegan cheeze, and vegan mayo that they make in-house. Definitely worth a visit here, this restaurant is 98% fully vegan... all menu items are vegan, including daily soups, savoury and sweet pies, cakes, the only thing that is not vegan is that they do have real milk for coffees but maybe that can change?! 🙏🤞☺️

Read moreWe couldn’t have imagined a more positive and supportive experience. Cathy's food was exquisite and we were extremely impressed with the time, energy and research she dedicated to ensuring an allergy free food experience for our daughter.
The garlic rosemary potato pizzas, fresh chickpea salad, handmade falafels and hommus prepared by Cathy were all divine.
So much to write about the birthday cake… Our daughter’s chocolate horse cake created/designed by Cathy was truly a piece of art. It was magical as well as moist and delicious.
The Little Niche Nosh is our favourite vegan and vegetarian restaurant and catering in the Mountains!!! We cannot recommend visiting the Little Niche Nosh enough and or booking a special event to be catered by Cathy and the team.

This is the place for vegetarians and vegans to visit. The portions are really good and the food is delicious. They even have a few Indian dishes which were great. The hosts were kind and helpful. The whole atmosphere, so positive.
