It's okay. Better for vegetarians than vegans. - Edit
If you want to go have a beer with your friends, it's nice that Lion Bridge has a handful of marked vegan options. The vegan chicken sandwich comes on a plain bun. Vegan mayo, non-dairy ranch, or vegan buffalo sauce would be a huge improvement. Their in-house mustard is good, but the sandwich can still be on the dry side. The veggie samosas are okay, but they're better at any Indian restaurant. For vegetarians they have a few more options, but it would be nice if they'd be a little more thoughtful about their vegan offerings.
