Pretty good for the area. No entrance fee required. - Edit
Like many sports centers with lots of young customers they cater to vegans. They selection isn't overwhelming with a pinsa, fries, salads and usually a weekly changing vegan menu. But considering the rural area and the opportunity to go for a swim or climb I rate this a good option for vegans. Note that you can enter the restaurant without paying for the facilities.
