Chill spot just off the square - Edit
If you're looking for a calm vibe to contrast the noise of the bigger places, this is your spot. I had a delicious savory carrot-fenugreek cake, an almond cookie, and a coffee while I waited to catch my ferry. They have a wide selection of herbs for caffeine free teas, and the food menu changes weekly. Everything sounded delicious and the woman working there was happy to chat about recipes, ingredients, and the neighborhood. I couldn't ask for a better place!

Beautiful fresh vegan delights - Edit
We stopped off here before catching a late night ferry to Corsica. The food was beautiful and nourishing after a long journey. It tasted fresh and delicious (while also seeming really healthy). The proprietor was really friendly and it had a lovely atmosphere. Wouldn't expect to find a vegan cafe in a smaller french city like this - an unexpected delight!

Soweit möglich lokale Bio-Produkte, Kaffee/Kakao/Tee per Segelschiff importiert. Vielfältige Geschmackserlebnisse, alles frisch zubereitet, bekömmlich, gesund. Unbedingt hingehen, ob vegan oder nicht!!! Feinfeinfein! Es gibt auch Muffins und Cookies (davon eines glutenfrei).

Very fresh and delicious food - Edit
The food at L'Instant Thé was very freshly prepared and taste delicious (plate with many mezze, brownie and carrot cake). The salty sauces were very good! Great place and location also (10' away from the main railway station). Plus: beverages are all organic.

Small vegan restaurant café - I recommend - Edit
Toulon and the whole area have an abundance of café restaurants. This one stands out with a consistently vegan, healthy and organic offer - what a relief! If you are tired of explaining that the yoghurt sauce on your assiette végétarienne is not vegan or you really, really want the pizza without cheese - I can recommend this place: Choose what you want and have a chat with the sympathetic owner on shipping tea by sailing boats.
