Super cheap, filling and tasty! - Edit
They only have two types of noodle dishes (dry or with soup) and you choose between wheat or rice noodles. If you order a dry noodle, you get a separate bowl of soup with a piece of fried tofu and one of their signature fried bean curd rolls. The food is quite good and the portion size is larger than in other places. It’s super affordable too at only 45 NTD. The staff can speak English.

Simple but tasty - Edit
This noodle shop has two options: soup or dry noodles. The dry noodles come with a side of soup and tofu. Very simple and very cheap! My friend and I had two bowls of soup noodles for less than 50nt. No English is spoken and you'll probably need to share a table as this place is quite small and very popular with locals.
