I found vegan food in Malinalco! - Edit
This restaurant is not 100% vegan, but they offer vegan options in a section of their menu and have several things that look like they could be vegan or be adapted. It's a nice, quiet space with an open courtyard. I had the enchiladas with potatoes and salsa verde and I think it was very good. Their guacamole is delicious, too. It can be hard to find vegan options when I travel, so I was thrilled to find this place.
