Delicious food, cozy restaurant - Edit
From the website, we had expected Lilie to be an elegant and somewhat sophisticated restaurant, so we were surprised to see that the interior is tiny and it is cosy and down to earth, with lots of regulars hanging out. You absolutely need a reservation if you want to sit inside on a Saturday evening.
Read moreThe staff were very welcoming and the food arrived quickly. We both had the vegan tarte (Flammkuchen) and it was the best we ever had. It was not done with vegan cheese, but with a hearty tomato spread, and it was just perfect!
The only thing we didn‘t like was the noise level. It was crowded, the music was very loud, and there were many other noises adding to it, like door slamming. Probably this will not be a problem for most people, but it was a bit of an overload to me.
Apart from this, we had a wonderful dinner!
