Tasty salad, okay location - Edit
Good thing to have a salad bar with tons of vegan options, including fake meat, in Zug. There are interesting carb choices including quinoa and sweet potato (warm). I tried the Avobete salad on sweet potato with sour "cream" and found it tasty but slightly dry. The restaurant in nicely furnished but located quite a bit away from the center of Zug. But if you want, you can combine a take out salad with a vegan pizza from Daily Pizza right next door.
