Serves meat, vegan options available. One of few restaurants in the city to have a separate vegetarian section on the menu that offers more than just gnocchi and spaghetti. Discount to students at Scuola Babilonia.

great pasta - Edit
filling and delicious pasta in a nice chatty atmosphere! unfortunately they had ran out of ravioli, but the staff offered to prepare us spaghetti, gnocchi in the same sauce🥰 very humorous and delicious evening! highly recommend, worth the price

A good choice - Edit
Nice to see a separate vegan option. Boyfriend got the pasta with vegan cheese but I got a pizza that had artichokes etc on it with out the cheese (not on the vegan menu). They were happy to accommodate. Staff lovely and happy to help where they could!

Small vegan section but gluten-free - Edit
The vegan section on the menu contains two pasta dishes that are not far from just pasta with tomato sauce and a dessert. The ravioli I had weren't bad but they weren't very exciting either.
Read moreBut it seems like you can get most of the food gluten-free here (3 Euro extra charge of course...). That's pretty cool.
Prices are like everywhere in Taormina, so pretty high 😅

Good vegan options - Edit
We ate at Licchio’s at least 3 times so far & the vegan options are very good. I had the pasta alla Norma & the vegan ravioli. The sauces in both were delicious & portion sizes are perfect. Sadly i still haven't tried the desserts yet.

The vegan menu only has 2 options not like on the older photos here - Edit
I was excited to go there after seeing the vegan menu in the photos on here. When we got there, I was disappointed that they only had two vegan options, a pizza without cheese and pasta which makes it exactly the same as all the other Italian restaurants where you can always eat pizza without cheese or pasta with tomato sauce. No idea what happened to that whole vegan menu which looked so exciting but as of June 2024 that doesn’t exist anymore.
Read moreThe pizza looked average so we didn’t end up staying.
Good on them though for at least having a vegan section on the menu.

Nice vegan options but not really tasty - Edit
Other places were closed so we went here. I had the daily (tomato) soup, but it turned out very blank and tasted like tomato sauce from a can. The vegan Ravioli were better but still kinda boring. It's OK if you are hungry and nothing else is open but I wouldn't recommend this place for a nice dinner experience.

Lovely vegan food - Edit
They have a separate vegan section of the menu with plenty of choice. The ravioli was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the location is perfect - just at the end of the Main Street. Not to be missed for vegans.

Good food nice service in the touristic center - Edit
IT has a seperate vegan menu with around 6 options plus Pizza to be veganized with vegan cheese, I think plus 1 Euro. Not too cheep, but OK for the touristic center. Taste good, bit greasy for my taste. Fast service. 1/2 litre Beer for 6 Euros too expensive.

Good options, bad food - Edit
It's rare to come across a full vegan menu in Taormina so I have to give Liccho's some credit, but my vegan burger was very poor, it wasn't even in a bun just a plain tasteless burger with no sauce. The other options didn't look great.

Very disappointing lasagna - Edit
This popular restaurant has a whole menu page devoted to vegan food. I ordered the vegan lasagna, and they gave me a pile of mushy vegetables with pasta mixed in. I thought it was the wrong order, but the waiter told me it was their lasagna. I was really bummed. My non-vegan partner got a pizza, which they also said was not very good. There are much better options in Taormina than here. We spent 3 days in Taormina, and this was the worst meal we had.

Good, fast - Edit
Experience was great.
Read moreI had bruschetta and some vegan ravioli. Unsure what the filling was. The sauce was tomato based, with vegetables including aubergine, cherry tomatoes and zucchini.
They have a dedicated page in the menu with all vegan options; ranging from ravioli and lasagna to arancini and vegan burger.
Service was kind and fast. Price was also good.
Pros: Kind and fast service, Clearly labeled vegan options

Nice option in taormina - Edit
I wasn’t expecting much coming here, but ended up enjoying the vegan lasagna that I ordered. It’s made with roasted eggplant, tomato sauce and a little bit of vegan cheese. Ended up being a nice meal. We ordered garlic bread and bruschetta which were ok. It wasn’t an impressive experience but since it’s difficult to find vegan food in taormina It ended up being a good choice!

This was the worst meal I had in Taormina. The vegan ravioli was not good. I ended up only eating the veggies and left all the raviolis behind. Super touristy spot and food.

Probably the largest Vegan menu in Taormina - Edit
They have a separate Vegan menu with quite a few nice options, and they’re very flexible about creating more vegan options on the spot. For example, they can build a vegan pizza with any toppings you want, or create a salad based on your request. The vegan Arancini was nice, and the Vegan Ravioli was quite good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
