A low-key casual no decor place serving a good variety of noodle dishes, soups, and steam veggies. Try the ma-jong mien (sesame paste noodles). Sign in green letter denotes "Su" which means "vegetarian." From Shueili train station walk straight ahead, pass bridge for a few blocks, and turn right on Bo Ai Street.

Quick eats

Ate here on a past trip to Taiwan. Casual food stall with indoor seating. The food was fast and good.

Pros: clean, fast, cheap
