Best vegan pizza in Sicily - Edit
Incredible food, super friendly staff, my only regret is I was too full to try the vegan cannoli. But the pizza was probably the best I’ve ever had in Sicily.

Disappointing - Edit
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this pizzeria. I was really excited to try their vegan pizzas, especially the much-publicized pistaveg with vegan mozzarella, pistachio pesto, and vegan mortadella, which they promote heavily on social media through various local influencers. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told they had no vegan cheese available. So, I had to give up the pizza I wanted to try and was offered an alternative, which turned out to be a disaster (and very expensive): the dried lemon peels were so hard and large that I nearly broke a tooth, the dough had completely burnt bubbles, and the only vegan cheese available, which they presented as vegan pecorino, had nothing to do with cheese—it simply seemed like almost flavorless breadcrumbs. Moreover, despite the lack of essential ingredients like vegan cheeses, the pizza (which according to the menu should have also contained other types of cheese like vegan mozzarella) was charged at full price, a whopping 18 euros. I find it absurd that not even a small discount was applied for the removal of the promised ingredients. I knew their pizzas were much more expensive than average, and I was willing to pay more for a different and well-made vegan pizza. However, in the end, I paid an exorbitant amount for a mediocre pizza, only with vegetables and breadcrumbs passed off as vegan cheese.In conclusion, I will never return to this pizzeria and will discourage anyone from going there. All four of us were very disappointed, even my two American vegetarian friends whom I brought along hoping to impress. A true disappointment in every aspect.
