Delicious 100% vegan offer

We had a salad as starter which was nicely fresh, and two mains and one dessert. Everything was delicious (especially the seitan kebab plate - ask for their spicy Mayo!).
Their offer is 100% vegan, the service is very friendly and we loved their whole concept. No plastic, only glass bottles, bamboo plates and cutlery of which the plates are being reused (you pay a small deposit and bring it back). They set up a bench table close to the truck where we could eat our lunch comfortably.
Check on Facebook where to find them (changing locations).

fresh, home-made and innovative

Raphaël makes everything fresh and hand-made, he prepares meticulously everything in advance such as his gnocchis or falafels, but also revisit traditional French or Alsace dishes vegan-style.

Delicious, nutritious and healthy!

Fabulously Fresh

Very much enjoyed the 5€ vegan wrap at the park today. Bursting with flavor (especially the hummus) with immaculate presentation I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Pros: Fresh, Location

Nice food truck!

Didn't even look for it, but happened upon the truck in a park. Had a big salad, gazpacho and fried 'balls'. They also have quite a range of drinks, including local craft beer which is also nice. Very friendly service!

The salad was really good, gazpacho had great taste, only the balls were slightly burnt. Prices were not really cheap. Nice place to get some fresh food, but also good for drinks :-)

Delicious

I discovered this foodtruck during the Christmas Market. It had been 10 years since I had eaten a "baguette flambée" (like a tarte flambée but in a french baguette), it was like in my souvenirs, so tasty!

They also serve great soup, nice french fries (with homemade ketchup) and big muffins!

I am really happy to have this new foodtruck in my city. :)

Pros: Fresh products, So tasty, Not expensive

Traditional

There was only one vegan option when I was there: Seitan with different root vegetables. It tasted good, but maybe a bit too traditioanal, and I missed some sauce. Friendly staff.

Pros: Tasty, Friendly

Cons: Not so much vegan choice
