I love that little place - Edit
Les Fours du Roy is a small health food store that's been there forever. The owners are always around and staff is very helpful. A small variety of fresh organic fruits and vegetable, vegan cheese, cereals, nut butter, almond milk, soy milk, etc. (they also sell honey and insect stuffs😒)
Read moreThey make their own homemade vegepaté, millet pies, vegetable pies, breads and cookies.
The bulk section is great with herbs and dry fruits, lentils, and flours, but also zero-waste shampoo, soap, dishsoap, laundry soap, toothpaste, etc.
Lots of supplement and bars, essential oils, etc.
