Nearly all vegan all you can eat ‐ just great

Food was so delicious. The second plate was close to being to much. Be Sure to clarify that your second plate is smaller than the first, or you have to stuff even more of the tasty food into your belly 🤰

Perl that never disappoint

Buffé style with about 5 hot dishes and about 10 cold. You can also select so.e single dishes, where I can warmly recommended to take the lentils soup (or add to the buffet if you are really hungry). Extremely helpful staff.

One or two dishes may have milk (they removed it at one point, but later it was back). #Veganuary

Nice selection

I ate here with a friend, and we both ate from the buffet. Here the items are behind a counter, and you let the person know what you would like. We both enjoyed our meals. There is also free tea and crackers. The person behind the counter was way friendly.

Pros: Nice selection of vegan dishes in the buffet, Friendly staff

Nice and cheap

We had some diner here! The person behind the desk gets everything four you grom the counter on the plate.
There is a "saladbar" and a few warm dishes like moussaka (nice!) and lasagna (not vegan), rice and a bean stew. The falafels where good!

What would give it an extra boost would be vegan feta and pitabread in stead of normal bread or knäckebrod. An extra "sauce" besides the hummus would be nice. Other sauceoptions where vegeterian. The hummus was great!

An old-school mainstay

This place could very well be Seyhmus' sister café: it has been around forever, and yet I probably only visit it once every second or their year. Why? I wish I could offer a proper answer.. I guess it's because it's the type of restaurant where you always know what you're getting. Nothing wrong with that, of course, but I'll usually find myself trying to discover new places instead.
Be it as it may, Legumes is a place that delivers. Almost all of the food is vegan, and for all its simplicity, it's pretty well done. You can get as much as you want, whether you choose the buffet or, as on my latest visit, a no-frills, bloody good lentil soup. Payment, regardless of digital or analog, is not an issue. Staff may not be the most talkative, but they do their duty in a professional fashion. Moreover, many years ago I dropped by and asked if I could use the bathroom, having made no purchase whatsoever. My request was granted. These are the kinds of gestures that stay with me forever, and not some phony, contrived Instagram post. I bet Legumes has little to no on-line presence, but somehow there's always a whole range of individuals eating their food with zero regard for trends or posturing. It was therefore very surprising that, after being around since forever, when they finally opened a new location, also in the heart of Södermalm, it ended up closing within a year or two. Do not take these businesses for granted, folks, as you never know when they'll vanish.

Classic

It may not look like much, but this place has been a go-to for me ever since going vegan over a decade ago. Plenty of vegan options on the buffet, to the point where I always just have a little bit of all of them. No risk of leaving still hungry here.

Most of the food is Vegan, there is a varied selection of food including falafel, hummus, moussaka, lasagna, curry. Rice, cous cous, salad etc. The buffet is good value for money, and foodnis tasty.

Pros: Value for money, Good range of vegan options, All you can eat buffet

Tasty buffet

This place is a great find! A very reasonably priced all you can eat buffet with mostly vegan options. A bit of everything please! Only criticism is it would be nice to serve yourself and control portion size.

Pros: Taste, Price, Variety

Cons: Location

cheap and good

Great place for a hungry person on a budget. Food is okay, nothing extraordinary but decent and compared to other places in Stockholm it is very cheap.

great food

The buffet was great, only two non-vegan things in it. The price for Sweden, especially Stockholm, is really good.
Unfortunately it was very loud because of all the people and the music.

Almost everything at the buffet is vegan

For 129 sek this buffet is great choice. They only have two non-vegan choices (the lasagna and the tzatziki) but the rest is all vegan! I appreciate it not being a self-serve buffet as it feels way more hygienic. Staff is friendly and some of the dishes are actually very nice!
Extra plus for having tea and coffee included all day and not just during lunch hours

Good food

A great place to fuel up on some good veggies and tasty dishes. Would be ideal if it was self-service (you need to ask the person at the buffet to serve you)

Fresh food but a bit bland

When you've been traveling on a budget and eating a lot of sandwiches and cheap fast food it's nice to get fresh warm food with lots of vegetables. It's not really all you can eat - you just tell the staff what you want on your plate and they add it, then you pay. Water, tea, coffee is included in the price. The falafel and moussaka are pretty good. The rest of the food lacks spices and salt and is a bit bland. For Swedish price levels it's ok (takeout 109 kr, eat-in 119) but I wouldn't go there regularly.

Pros: Fresh vegetables, Good falafel, Clean

Cons: Food tastes bland

tasty and good value

Buffet restaurant that also has a small selection of set dishes, e.g. a halloumi burger. SEK 109 for all you can eat buffet including crisp bread, tapwater, tea, and coffee, and - most importantly - pretty good food. The restaurant seems clean, too, so it's a clear winner.

Pros: lots of vegan options

Cons: most dishes are cold, only (incl. rice) are hot

My favorite lunch place!

One of my favourite vegetarian restaurants since 2000 I first time visited it. Works as a great lunch or to go in a near park. Great also for dinner with friends and a beer/wine or bring to go home for last minute family dinner solution. My kids love it. I never step out of this restaurant hungry or broke. Owner and team is very friendly!

Pros: A lot of vegan options. , Not expensive, Kids love it

Cons: No hot spices

ok place but not more than that!

The place is ok if there is nothing more that is open.

But they use cheap mixed rapeseed olive oil insteadofreal oliveoil in hummus and they add sugar tosome stuff and probably also use cheap rapeseed (often mixed gmo oil) in some dishes.

Pros: opening hours

Cons: not real hummus., cheap oil in food
