麗姐素菜館 is a basic little veggie food eatery in Samphantawongse (China Town), next to Check Inn Chinatown hotel. Look for the red & yellow "jay" flags (vegetarian). Everything on the menu (with pictures) is supposed to be vegan, made with tofu, noodle, and rice. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-5:30pm.

Yummy - Edit
I give it 3 stars not for the flavor but the informal setup. But hey... when in thailand.
Read moreIt was yummy and spicy and cheap
After reflection I'd give it 4 stars. The food was very good. But still not 5 stars due to what I mentioned above. But within Bangkok it was definitely one of the better plates I've had 😋.

Good, but not awesome - Edit
It was a small place in a small street. Many options on the menu available, but the food looked very different from the one we ordered. There was very few vegetables in it, so it was basically just noodles with a few vegetables pieces. It was still good and not spicy at all because we told them before.

Simple & cheap delicious vegan food - Edit
Large selection of vegan dishes (choice of vegetables and mock meat variants) for cheap prices in the middle of China Town. Highly recommend. Had the dish „Taw Huu Pad Tua Rad Kaow“ for 40 Baht and enjoyed it. Very small portions though.

nice veg hidden stall - Edit
it is hidden in back of street, nice food taste, and the portion consider the price. ordered fried rice, Hong Kong style noodle. Taste good and will definitely come back again. The pastry by them is a hidden gems though.

Great food, nice people - Edit
My boyfriend and I are here in Thailand for vacation. Been having a hard time finding places that aren’t fine dining to eat. But saw this place on here and we had to try it. It was great food for a great price! People were really nice and very laid back. Highly recommend this place for some who are passing through Bangkok and for the locals.

Alley Veggie - Edit
Being a meat eater in Bangkok looks like a lot of fun since there’s stalls basically everywhere selling all varieties of street meat. Veg is not so easy, so it’s great to find this delicious place on a Chinatown road, (maybe more like an alley?) the kitchen on one side of the street and a few stools and a counter on the other. Food is delicious, menu has pictures, staff is friendly.

Good food but hard to order - Edit
They don't accept oral orders, you have to write it down so ask for help to a customer so they can understand what you want.

Fun to go to this alleyway restaurant! - Edit
Keep in mind that they CLOSE AT 5:30 PM!!! Non-Thai speaker here. You will go down an alley and the outdoor seating is covered so you won't get rained on. Menus have associated pictures so it's easier to order. I am unable to tell if they use egg or fish sauce but it does appear that there is fake meat. Had a soup and dish with sauteed bok choy over rice and was tasty. 40 bat a dish for a total of 80 bat for 2 people. In Chinatown and so worth a stop if you are in the area. You can then take the ferry on the river afterwards to where you need to go!
