Open Mon-Thu 9:00am-3:00pm, Fri 9:00am-2:00pm, 5:00pm-8:00pm. Closed Sat-Sun.

Friendliest place and great food - Edit
I was warmly welcomed by the lovely staff. They have plenty of tasty options available. I took the combo meal. You can choose any crepe and add a bowl of soup or a salad. It was a cold rainy day so I went for soup. Everything was so tasty and fresh. Definitely a great place to grab a bite. Hands down 5 stars if only Happy Cow would let me ;)

Read moreNow, the woman at the register is super funny, warm and inviting. The chef behind her is more than willing to accommodate diets...my fruitarian friend was very grateful! These two people are the folks that run the joint. I asked about vegan eggs, and told them I'd be sure they'd get lots more customers is they had vegan omelet-style crepes, but since it would be hard to make an all organic vegan egg substitute, they will not be doing so. I commend them for sticking to their principles! My friend and I had a great time, the food was yummy, the customers were also friendly. Definitely going back when I'm in the area again.

An oasis in Redding - Edit
This is truly a respite from the… ‘normal’ Redding culture. Yumi, a delightful woman that is fully vegan was bubbly and cordial from the jump. Her husband, James cooking in the kitchen even came out and shared his vegan journey with us when he brought out our fully vegan hash and Irish soda bread. The food was excellent, the service personable and kind. Such a delight, as they offer many vegan possibilities on their menu, and are willing to accommodate. Lots of vegetarian, as well as some concessions to the usual meat-centric folks that are the majority in this town.

Everything can be veganized easily, they even have gf vegan crepes, cookies, brownies, vegan breakfast, vegan crepes, vegan milks for their coffee drinks, and coconut oil for toast. The couple is SO friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere. All organic!

Very nice couple! The food was very very good and refreshing, I got the veggie crepe and the lentil broccoli soup and it was so good. Have yet to try the sweet crepes, I’ll be back to try them soon. Highly recommend.

Le Testimony is a 100% organic restaurant serving sweet & savory crepes, omelettes, soups, and salads. They have vegan crepe batter, and several dishes can be made vegan, as well as gluten & dairy free options. Using high quality ingredients, Chef James creates a “unique palette of flavors.” There are also lots of coffee drinks available, as well as tea, kombucha, coconut water, hot cocoa, syrups and plant based milks. Last but not least, they have a killer black bean brownie. Vegan food is scarce in Redding, and this is a fantastic addition.
