Tasty Croque 🥪 - Edit
They have multiple options for vegans at "Le pain Quotidien".
Read moreThis time I tried their "Gardener’s Croque" which was very good ! (Toasted organic sourdough wheat bread with hummus, grilled zucchini, organic pesto rosso, served with a mixed salad, avocado, superseeds, vegan vinaigrette and organic tomato salsa)
Finally, the juice that I chose was refreshing and good as well 😊

Room for improvement. - Edit
I’d say I go to Pain Quotidien somewhat often as it is rather environmentally friendly (with cutlery, trays, bags etc...). Having been to a few in Paris (where I can find lots of vegan options) during a visit, the ones in Brussels disappoint me a bit.
