Probably the best bet on the Island - Edit
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had dinner here every single one of them. The veggie curry was absolutely delicious, so were the spring rolls. They tasted like they were made fresh in house. The Creole nougat—made with just banana and coconut—was a simple yet satisfying way to round off the meal. The restaurant is built right on the water where you get a sweeping view of Praslin during the day. Friendly service and reasonable pricing by local hotel standards. We did check out the other restaurants up and down the street and felt that this place was the best all around.

Giant veggie burger - Edit
Some nice vegan options. Great sea breeze and atmosphere. The veggie burger is made from potatoes, beans, carrots and onions, and is very tasty and filling.
