Solid and rare in Arles - Edit
Arles has many restaurants listed, but going right after tourist season, in September, I found many to be closed and/or to have removed their vegan options and told to expect a larger menu again the next summer. Le Maquis Akwaba was steadfast in their menu, clearly marked vegan options, and including a special assortment of the day. Had the assortment which was a nice variety of flavor, albeit mostly fried options. With friendly staff and views of the colosseum, would go again.

Nice african restaurant - Edit
Lovely interior and nice staff. Two clearly marked vegan items ln the menu. One is a mafé and the other a vegan platter with fried manoik, fried sweet potatos, rice and maniok leaves. Try the bissap siroup, it's delicious!
