The smoked mushrooms may be one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. I don’t even really like mushrooms.. Most of the menu is vegan so really easy as a vegan. The vibe is nice and the people are great.

I went to Le' Kaat every day, multiple times a day during my week-long stay in Valladolid. It was very nice to find a place with so many vegan options. I must have tried almost every item in the menu and there wasn't a single thing I didn't like. I highly recommend the smoked mushrooms, the presentation is beautiful and they are the absolutely delicious. I also recommend the juices which are very fresh.There was something for my every craving. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The waiters never knew if a dish was fully vegan but would always ask the chef or the owners who would come to the table and confirm.

Pros: Almost everything is vegan, All the staff is very nice and attentive , Food is delicious and portions are good.
Cons: Waiters could be more informed about veganism., There are a lot of mosquitoes (usual for the area)

Really pretty place, music was bomb. Ambience is definitely a 5/5 and the staff was really kind. I probably should have ordered something else as the detox bowl lacked flavor, however my friend ordered tacos and they were delicious!

Read moreFrom precious reviews, it seems the chef has upgraded the menu to produce some great dishes. Nothing was dry. Everything was tasty.
For my preference, I would like there to be more plant protein options or add-ons, but that’s me being picky. There are some, but like many vegan restaurants, it’s not enough for exercising adults need.

Burger was awful.
The snickers cake was the size of a praline.
The brownie was dry AF.
I spoke to the owner and she responded well to my criticism and offered us a 10% discount which was nice. She takes the feedback and uses it as a chance to improve, so thats cool!
Service overall was really good. I hope to see improvements in food here😄

Le Kaat is a nice vegetarian restaurant in the center of Valladolid. Their menu is almost completely vegan so they have a lot of choices. Most of the seating area is located in their little garden which is really nice. Most dishes of the menu are veganized Mexican ones, but they also serve pasta and some other dishes. Recommend to try the vegan brownies, they are really good!

A really nice place. Came on December 25th and had a very warm welcome. The menu is extensive and mostly vegan. The burger is awesome as well as the Leon juice. I came with my omni family and they also loved their meals.

After our Chichen Itza on a private tour our guide we were delightfully surprised to walk up to this place with our guide- he chose this restaurant for us when we told the company we were vegan; we had no idea we would be taken to an all-vegetarian place! We ordered the sopes and zucchini soup for appetizers and the taco trio and gorditas for entrees- all dishes were DELICIOUS! Oh and the hibiscus ginger drink was very refreshing and not too sweet. Plus, the patio is very cute!
