The food was ok, but nothing special. I tried the squash soup and the taco trio. The taco "meat" was a soy alternative sold in Mexican supermarkets that's preseasoned to have a "meaty" flavor and texture. All they did was smother it in different sauces. I wanted to like this place, but I wasn't impressed.

Was such a nice place that we came here for both dinner and breakfast! Many vegan options for both dinner and breakfast, all well thought through. Very nice atmosphere and there were always people there when we passed by (which I see as a good grade). Super friendly and engaging staff. We were also lucky to go there for dinner when they had a musician performing both Mexican and international hits with his guitar, which was a romantic bonus. Lovely little outdoor seating area, but as the restaurant is open towards the road with no clear door to close it was no problem to sit “inside” either. Very good food too, also appreciated by my non-vegan or vegetarian husband (even though it could - as most places we went to in Mexico - need some more seasoning to really bring out the flavours of their fantastic produces). Also appreciated that they had vegan desserts, as that is not that easy to get in many other restaurants. Would definitely return!

Lovely looking selection of food and juices, and a beautiful looking spot, but sadly I have to agree with other reviews that the food was very bland. I had the quinoa and brown rice risotto.

Most beautiful outside seated restaurant, but seriously guys, food is way below average 😩 no seasoning - no flavour, just sad food. Sorry. Servers are friendly & ambience is beautiful - worth going for a drink.

Everything else was closed (1st of Jan) so we had very limited choice. Ordered budda bowl and falafel Bowl and a smoothie. I swear no flavour in any of the three items was found. Not even smoothie was nice. Not sure what's up here but everything was tasteless.

The food is so tasty and the staff is very kind. The location is right on the main street you have to walk through. The ambient is very beautiful. They have a lot of vegan options which is it making you hard to choose only one:) I really recommend it!

Nein Essen ist noch Luft nach oben. Zwar ist die Karte abwechslungsreich und interessant, unsere drei Gerichte aber das komplett ungewürzt und ziemlich geschmacklos. Es wurden weder Salz, Pfeffer, noch Soßen angeboten. Schönes Ambiente, tolle Drinks.

such a great little gem in Valladolid, I went twice for brunch. I had the quesedillas and the vegan omelette - I also REALLY recommend the spicy jalepeno sauce 😍 so lovely to have so many options, really kind staff and a really beautiful location too 🥰

Read moreWe had the most amazing breakfast!! We shared an order of Chilaquiles and a plate of hot cakes - both were really really delicious!!! If it wasn't our last day in Valladolid, we definitely would have gone back!
For dinner I had the tacos, which were yummy, but not really anything special compared to other tacos! My partner had the Yucatec bowl which was really tasty. As a strater we had the cauliflower (can't remember the exact name), but it had coconut, and a really delicious dipping sauce!!
The watermelon water was also really good :)

Nice restaurant in Vallodolid. Not 100% vegan, but there are plenty of vegan options. Went here a few times. Nice Mexican dishes! I didn't like the pizza's we ordered for take away. The worst pizza's I ever had, but the Mexican dishes are great!

Delicious fair in Valladolid! - Edit
Beautiful food! We loved our dishes. We started with smoked mushrooms and it was quite a delicious display. The dish was presented on a dome covered platter and once removed, smoke floated up and revealed our mushrooms. My fiancée had a hamburguesa on a charcoal bun with a homemade seeded patty. I had a delicious falafel bowl with pita and hummus. We finished the night with a snicker bar dessert which was about two bites and a berry coconut ice cream.

Looked forward to eating here. The cocochai was the worst drink I ever had, it was extremely bland, there were no spices at all in the drink. The plato mexicano was nice flavourwise but the size was more of an appetiser. Was hungry again 3 hours after luch.

A solid 6.5/10 - "why vegan food gets called boring" - Edit
I was really interested to come as it's the first place I've seen in Yucatan with Conchita (and Pastor) vegan taco options. Generally, the food was good - great tortillas for the tacos, nice guacamole included in the tacos (also a first time we see guacamole inside a taco in Mexico), nice addition of radish, lime served with the food, and the mildly piccante semilla sauce was really good. The barbacoa taco was notably smoky, but overall the Conchita and Pastor flavours just didn't pack enough punch and were light on seasoning. As my partner said "this is why vegan food gets called boring"...

Everything is AMAZING. there are 3 vegetarian options for breakfast and some vegan/non vegan cheese options. The rest of the menu is totally VEGAN (: waiters are super friendly and attentative. The food comes so fast! Which is so rare considering the quality, variety of food, and the norm here in mx... haha seems a shame to eat anywhere else is valladolid. Amazing portions and everything is super lovely here

Really delicious vegetarian restaurant with many vegan options that are clearly labeled. We had the triología de tacos and a rainbowl which were both amazing. The staff is super friendly and the ambiente in the garden is so cozy. The prices are also super reasonable which is a nice change after spending some time in Cancun and Isla Mujeres😄

I waited to review this for after I left Valladolid because it's often very popular and I wanted to make sure I got a seat! The food is good. Its quite timid on spice, but there is a lot of menu choice, and portions are generous on off-peak hours. As someone both vegan and gluten free, it was nice to have CHOICES. The waiters are very professional and excellent. The smoked mushroom dish is small but a nice display. We enjoyed the pizza, the detox bowl, curry, the soy meat bowl, and the pumpkin soup. The waiter not only allowed us some adaptations to our order but remembered our adapted order a night later. All very good!!

Love this place. Went here twice. Started with hummus and with breaded cauliflower. Had the vegan tacos and they were to die for. My boyfriend loved the falafel pita and BBQ burger. The only thing I didnt love was the risotto. I wouldn't get this again. But so many other things to try!
