Good Meal, Good Service - Edit
After a little difficultly finding it, we were pleasantly surprised by the great presentation, and the good food.
Read moreI liked that it was all vegetarian, but the place is small and a little too cosy, with tables very close together.
It's pricey as well.

The service itself was lovley, the spot I loved the most, homey and comfy while also romantic and intimate. I had options to choose from! This was our first time to Paris and we actually had a hard time finding vegan options so this place made our nights 🙏🏽

Good but expensive - Edit
Good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Expected more for the price. In hindsight I wish I'd ordered the L’assiette Macrobiotique that my friend had. It looked and tasted better than the cassoulet I ended up choosing.

good but nothing special - Edit
It was good. I apprecite that it is located in the city centre. The measl were good. We had appetizer - avocado with mango and sesam seeds - it was tasty. Than vegetable cream soup - it was OK, but does not have any special spice. It was just basic soup. Than we tried macrobiotic plate - nice fresh vegetables and whole grain cereals and sea weeds. The best meal was dessert. It was delicious pear-pineapple crumble with caramel - vegan:)

Great food - Edit
It was a seriously cold night and my mother and I were desperately searching for a vegan place to eat in. Luckily we found this. I unfortunately can’t remember the dish I had, but the appetizer was a lentil soup and for dessert, chocolate mouse. I remember the dish not being too filling, but it was delicious. My mother didn’t seem too pleased with her spaghetti, but upon trying it, I thought it was good too. This place is just a tad overpriced, but it’s worth a try.

Delighted to find a great vegetarian & vegan restaurant in such a good location, especially considering the dominance of meat & dairy in French cooking.

Good, tasty food - Edit
Nice atmosphere, friendly and quiet staff, food good and filling, if not always wildly inspiring. Perhaps little expensive for what it is but not too bad and good location just around corner from notre dame.

Good but not amazing - Edit
We ate here and the meals were good but I wouldn’t say I was blown away, I could have made them fairly easily at home. A good spot if you’re in the area and really hungry!

Very good, very expensive - Edit
Good restaurant, the customer feels respected in comparison to most Parisian places where you struggle to communicate and the service is "fast food" like.

I visit everytime I'm in Paris - Edit
I first visited years ago when they had a more "macrobiotic" focus, but they have a more modern menu now. It used to be one of the few vegetarian restaurants in Paris, and it was nice to have such a good reliable place so centrally located. Now, there are zillion amazing veg restaurants in Paris, and I might only recommend this if you're nearby and it's convenient. The food is solidly good, and tasty, but not amazing. The little side street it's on is charming, but there was construction last time I was there. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I'll return for sure, but if you only have a few days in Paris and want to experience the explosion of outstanding veg cuisine, I'd prioritize other places.

Very disappointed - Edit
Wanted to like the place but cannot. Had the 'Le cassoulet végétarien' which was a bad joke. Some tomato juice containing 3 pieces of potato, 3 slices of a vegan sausage, many white beans and no special taste. If I open some cans at home I'll prepare something comparable in 2 minutes for 2 €. Definitely not worth 18.5 €! There were two waiters, one was nice and spoke quite well English. The other one gave the impression that he's not really interested in his job. I will never go there again and don't understand some of the comments here...

Pushy rude waiter - Edit
Had dinner last night, waiter was right out rude, just wanted to rush us out which didn’t give me much time to read the extensive menu in dark lighting condition with tiny type font. Ordered the Spaghetti and cassoulet both had not any green type vegetables in them or with them

Lots of tasty vegan options - Edit
Lots of vegan options and nice selection of fresh juices and smoothies. My 10 year old devoured the macrobiotic plate and my husband, who is a still a somewhat reluctant flexitarian, kept saying how tasty his dish was. Seitan, tofu and tempeh are very well done. Friendly service. A nice and simple restaurant and just a 3 min walk from Notre-Dame de Paris.

perfect “French peasant” cuisine - Edit
Le grenier does an incredible job of creating vegetarian and vegan dishes that are filling, nutritious, and capture that balance and subtlety that French cuisine is famous for. We had the couscous and the cassoulet. Can’t wait to return.
