Absolutely delicious

The restaurant does a great job with labeling things if it contains dairy/meat/etc. They use a number system that is explained in the back of a menu, so for example, if a dish has (1,3,7) next to it then it contains allergens listed as 1, 3, and 7 in the back of the menu.

My biggest complaint is that nothing is specifically labeled vegan. Some side dishes contain none of the allergens that would make something vegan-unfriendly, so they are vegan by default. For any other menu item, you will have to speak to the waiter about veganizing a dish. The good thing is that they are knowledgeable and very helpful. My meal a ended up being DELICIOUS. The lemon sorbetto, which the waitress double checked was vegan, was soo amazing. I’m staying in the hotel and will be getting the same exact meal tonight.
