Best vegan pho in the dmv - Edit
The broth for their veggie pho is unlike any other. There’s so much depth to the flavor, it’s savory and bit peppery - just perfect! Also they make it with mushrooms, it’s an umami perfection.

Veggie broth is vegan friendly and so flavorful , definitely recommend . Just a heads up there’s imitation mean - request tofu and veggies if preferred

We had the Bi Chay and the veggie pho. Both were great! Lots of flavor in both! The pho was seasoned a bit differently than I’m used to but it’s still great.

Small friendly Vietnamese restaurant in a Springfield strip mall. Coming in the door like stepping into Asia. Some veggie takeaway items. Banh Mi veggie sandwich delicious on warm, fresh bun with big jalapeño slices & cilantro . Vermicelli Noodle Bowl with lots of different vegetables and not too much oil. Clean, comfortable seating. Lunch for 2 with 1 soft drink = $16.81
