Very worried about cross contamination - Edit
Ask them to change their gloves. The dill sauce had milk in it and they intentionally said it was vegan so glad I clarified on what made it creamy. I stressed twice no dairy. Got back to my desk ate two bites and threw it away because it was covered in butter.

Just be warned: The seasoning they use on the tofu and how they cook it makes it look and taste EXACTLY like chicken breast! It weirded me out a bit and even my non-vegan coworkers agreed!

Great Bánh mì - Edit
Ordered pickup a couple of nights ago and it was great. They are still very new (at the time of this review), but seemed to have everything worked out.

Wife and I got 2 of the tofu bánh mìs and fresh rolls. Bánh mì was definitely better than a spot down the street we tried and much better than a place that rhymes with the jaunt.
The peanut sauce with the fresh rolls might be the best I have ever had. Sooo good.
And on top of that the prices are amazing.
