Hidden golden place - Edit
If you in the island this is must go if you vegan/veg! Everyone behind the bar is English speaking staff so it is easy to communicate. With my family we ordered starters and mane dish for each. The portions was big and delicious! It was so good I forgot to take pictures of what they ate 😅

Nice view - Edit
We had the spring rolls and Pad Thai. The taste was ok, not adequately seasoned for our tastes. For a quick bit alright, we wouldn’t go there again.

Super - Edit
The coconut curry was great, the portion was big and even if the curry was a bit salty, it was very good and full of veggies. The staff wasn’t really helpful with the vegan options, she didn’t even try but we still managed to get this dish veganized. The restaurant is really comfortable and nice.

Delicious - Edit
We had the pad thai (5,5$) and coconut curry with tofu (6$) for lunch. It was very delicious, but small portions and a bit more expensive as on other parts of the island.

Lots of veganisable options - Edit
The restaurant is sweet and overlooks the Lazy Beach, meaning you get a nice sunset view. What I also enjoyed was that it made some environmentally friendly efforts (recyclable straws, water refill etc.).
Read moreThe menu doesn't specify what's vegan or vegetarian, but the staff has a good understanding of what vegan means. The first night I got the coconut curry (veganised) and it was great. The second time I got the amok and it was even better. In addition, their vegetable tempura is vegan by default and tastes amazing. It's quite big, though!
Pros: Lots of veganisable options, Knowledgeable staff, Nice restaurant and view
Cons: Menu doesn't specify V/Ve

English staff but pretty sure they still served us egg tofu... - Edit
We arrived at a busy time as a number of people were arriving to the accommodation off of a boat. It was quite clear that they were keen to attend to everyone there first even though we'd been waiting at the bar at least 15 mins to order, didn't bother us too much though as i know what its like working in hospitality and trying to juggle a full bar.
Read moreWhen I mentioned we were vegan the waitress was happy to reccomend options which would be most easily 'veganised' which we were really thankful for. However, when the food came I'm pretty sure they had served us egg tofu!? We were a little disheartened considering there was no language barrier whatsoever... Lovely spot on the beach and the food that we could eat was tasty too but not really sure why that little hiccup occurred? Hope everyone else has better luck...

Great - Edit
Very tasty, big portions, nice staff, moderate prices comparing to the other places. Lovely arranged space. Just tell them to prepare dish with no fish/oyster sauce and chicken powder. Try Fried Tofu with veggies- best I've had.

Worth the walk - Edit
This place is situated on the west side of the island. It can only be reached from the seaside or via a 1,5Km jungle path from the east side. The menu contains many vegan options, but remember to say you are a veggie so that they make your food without fish- and ouster-sauce. The food we had was really delicious and plenty, If you stay on the island I can differently recommend going here, it is worth the walk.
