A place for lunch at a mall - Edit
There was vegan (hummus and avocado) bagel available, only with a trillionaires cake. Reasonable food.

Delicious but a lil pricey - Edit
Went here for a little snack and coffee. We had two cappuccinos with oat milk and I also had a vegan bagel with avocado, hummus, tomatoes, arugula, sprouts and vegan chili mayo. Was the only vegan bagle option. They also had vegan pesto pasta salad which looked tasty. Drinks and food were delicious but a lil pricey. The atmosphere in the café was cozy.

Some good, some bad - Edit
A very busy cafe in the Vik mall. We got the pistachio carrot cake (pretty good), chocolate cake (a bit dry), and an oatmilk latte. There were no options in the pastry case. They also had a vegan pasta salad, but we just wanted a snack and didn't try it. It was expensive, but not crazy for Iceland.

Enough vegan options! So that's why 4 stars. I thought Iceland wouldn't have a lot of vegan options but they do!

On vacation I rate differently then I would at home. This is because of how many vegan places are around, the quality and how many options there are.
