Enchiladas were great.

Stuffed avocado app is vegan, as are rice, baracho beans, and the chips/salsa. But the entree was a treat. Vegetarian enchiladas, and sub salsa verde for crema, and omit the cheese. Very tasty! Also multiple vegetarian options marked on menu.

I have not been to this location, however the 3 others I have been to use chicken stock to make rice and they use lard in both of their bean types.

The enchiladas are delicious, so is the stuffed avocado and chips and salsa!
