Decent casual eats in a food desert

There is not much decent food around this area, let alone a restaurant with vegetarian and vegan options. Have been four times and always consistent, flavorful tex mex, yummy cocktails. Casual place.

Pros: Separate vegetarian/vegan menu, Flavorful, fresh food, Tofu option add ins
