4 course vegan set menu was great - Edit
This was the best food we had I'm sorrento. It is quite fancy and expensive but if budget allows I would recommend it. Our bill was 140 euros for 2 people with drinks and the 4 course vegan set menu.

Lovely vegan options and are willing to change other dishes to make them vegan. The staff were really friendly and made our evening. I would definitely recommend eating here!

💭: this consisted of 4 dishes: Cream of Courgettes, Egg-Plant, Risotto, and Dessert. The Cream of Courgettes was very tasty - would definitely say it lived up to ‘creamy’ name. The Egg-plant was very salty I felt. The risotto was just plain tomato. The dessert consisted of lemon and passionfruit sorbet.

📝: I had seen this place reviewed in 2019, and the food looked amazing! So expectations were high. When we first arrived for our reservation we sat down with a vegan small tasting meal and Prosecco. The staff were very attentive and friendly throughout our meal. Everything was of a Michelin quality - the setting, overall service with staff and serving times. However, the food just was not up to scratch. It was disappointing how plain the dishes were. I really thought from previous menus that I would be receiving a meal full of flavour instead of plain overly salted egg-plant, and tomato risotto. I just expected more from the food for the price I was paying.

Vegan menu gone - Edit
As of April 2022 the raved about vegan menu wasn’t there:( the only vegan main they could do me was tomato pasta. The man mumbled something about if they knew I was coming they could have sorted a bit more. It’s a lovely restaurant. Maybe if people create more demand they’ll put the vegan menu back on!!!

Great Evening Meal - Edit
This was the perfect end to a lovely day, we were able to easily get a table (although it seemed a fairly busy night) we were greeted with sparkling wine once seated and a full vegan tasting menu plus a gluten free menu and of course many other meat/seafood options. We had a delightful evening and would definitely recommend a visit.

Came here our first night in Sorrento, had the vegan tasting menu €49 for 4 courses plus some extras like bread etc. Really nice food and great, knowledgeable service (although check any extras that they bring out to check they’re vegan!)

Read moreI had the light lunch, which was served until 6:30. Although the portions were little the food was wonderful and I’d definitely have gone back again.
The lunch cost £19.50 pp, but there was an extra cost for a selection of bread and breadsticks which was served at the start.
The staff were very thoughtful and happy to adjust the lunch menu to make it vegan.

Deceptively large restaurant with several rooms, a covered terrace and some seating on the street. Nice ambience.
Read moreHad the set Vegan menu for €45 (twice in a week, so that tells you something). White bean soup, artichoke with potato cream, pasta with peas and a carrot based desert ( this was the best bit). Food was really good.
Service on the whole was great But, you have too keep reminding the staff that you are vegan. They brought bread sticks that contained cheese and some sweets with the coffee that were white chocolate and ice cream based. Nothing that would stop me going back, just a bit irritating (especially as the sweets looked amazing!)
Pros: Good Food, Nice ambience, Lots of wine choices
Cons: watch out for non-Vegan extras.

Vegan and vegetarian set price menus - Edit
I will admit that I’m not used to eating at fancy restaurants, so I wasn’t sure quite what to expect. The decor contained a lot of antiques, although it was a lovely evening so in hindsight we should have asked for a table outside. The servers were excellent, very friendly and attentive. They have separate 4 course vegetarian and vegan menus which were €49 per person, plus wine, as at June 2018. We had the vegan menu. The menu changes seasonally, and the current menu can be found on their website. The food was excellent, but portions were small which I guess is part of the fine dining experience. I wasn’t a big fan of the dessert, but then I like strong flavours so I’m not a fan of anything vanilla. If I’m ever in the area I would definitely eat there again.
