Ganz nett - Edit
Preis in Ordnung, Bedienung nett.

Unbedingt besuchen! So lecker. - Edit

Best meal in Vienna - Edit
Vegan cordon bleu from Landia has been my favorite dish, bar none, in Vienna. The soy-based meal was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The mushrooms added a nice texture and flavor too.
Read moreMake sure you specify that you want this vegan as they do also make it with cow-based cheese.
Served with parsley potatoes and tartar sauce.
Pros: Lots of traditional Austrian options, Flavorful and fresh, Big portions at reasonable prices
Cons: Still serves some dairy cheese

Simple. Service and food - Edit
Ordinary vegetarian or vegan food. We had the cordon bleu, one vegan and one vegetarian. Not very tasteful but ok. The waitress indeed didn't look happy like others mentioned. We waited a long time to get our dishes.

Gutes Essen, Rest eher schlecht - Edit

Strange place but tasty food - Edit
We were a bit surprised how bad the service actually was. The waitress was friendly but as soon as we had our main dishes she never came back and we didn't even get the chance ordering more drinks or dessert. Besides that our drinking glasses and also the menu were quite dirty and sticky. This is so sad since the idea is so good. We tried Cordon Bleu, Zwiebelrostbraten and fried oyster mushrooms. Cordon Bleu and Zwiebelrostbraten were really tasty, the oyster mushrooms were ok but they are more breading than mushroom. Not sure if I would come back again.

Good idea - Bad service - Edit
I loved the idea of the Restaurant. However we were quite disappointed. The service is bad, like mentioned in the other ratings. I assume the waitress obviously doesn't like what she is doing. This gave as guests an uncomfortable feeling, too.
Read moreThe food is typical Hausmannskost and was rather unspecially (you can see it in the picture, too). Taste was ok. We won't go there another time.
Pros: Typical Hausmannskost, Large selection
Cons: Bad service, Not all dishes are vegan

Gerne wieder 👍

Nice and many traditional options - Edit
Good idea and nice food and staff, unfortunately I found the mushroom goulash a little bit too salty to be fully appreciated and also the other goulash was a bit over salted, however nice service, idea and overall experience so I’ll make sure to come back soon and at an earlier hour to try other dishes (we went at 20:40 and they already stopped serving all fried dishes and only goulashes were available).

Really liked this place, so many options and the goulash with bread dumplings was delicious. The homemade raspberry soda was yummy also. The decor is maybe a bit dated, but it's a cute restaurant in a lovely peaceful location.

Good sense of austrian vegan cuisine - Edit
A lot of dishes are austrian specialties but in its vegan versions, some of them are only vegetarian. What we had tasted good but the schnitzel I had was kind of dry, I tried the dish of my friend and was very delicious. I would come again, since they served us relatively fast and the waitress was kind.

Food is okay - Edit
I was excited to try Landia, but the dishes I had were lacking in flavor. I do have to say, though, that it seems like they make an effort to cook food on the healthier side, so there’s that.
Read moreThe pierogi were bland, as was the side salad that came with it. The samosas were okay, though they were served with tahini instead of chutney. The zucchini cordon bleu was probably the best, albeit very simple.

Offers both vegan and some veggie options with great service. The food is generally very good. Unfortunately the air circulation is often bad, so especially in winter you may smell like kitchen after you leave..

Tastless and over/undercooked food - Edit
Would give only one star, if HappyCow alowed it - the food looked disgusting and tasted like nothing, the veggies were overcooked and the dumblings undercooked. They had many vegan options - too many to prepare them freshly.
