Vegan option in Vigan

Very accommodating to veganize the sizzling tofu platter by not using oyster sauce, and my favorite vegetable in the world: Kang Kong (aka Ung Choy, Morning Glory, and many other names) made with soy sauce and garlic over rice.. SO good!

Pros: They have Kang Kong, Staff was nice
