Menu changes constantly - Edit
There is always one vegan appetizer and one vegan entree but you have to ask for special chef creations. Don’t be shy- the culinary staff here are amazing and you pay enough for the privilege of staying here

Very limited vegan options but they were flexible and were willing to make pasta with red sauce and vegetables which wasn't on the menu. The service was good and the view was amazing.

Before booking Lake Louise lodging, I looked up restaurants - it seemed like I wouldn’t have a problem eating here. It has been very difficult with food other than salads. I’d recommend staying in Banff where it’s easy to eat, and coming here for a couple of day trips. #Veganuary

Can’t beat the view - Edit
We had a mixed experience, but with a phenomenal view. The wait is long for any service after being seated, but it’s a great place to wait. I asked for the vegan menu after the server came around. I ordered about four things all off the menu, my spouse ordered from the non-vegan menu. When the food arrived 45 minutes later everything I ordered had not been made vegan- dairy and eggs all around. The server started to say I hadn’t ordered vegan, but then must have remembered specifically getting me the vegan menu (which had taken about 15 minutes), and apologized and said he’d put a rush on the food. The manager came and apologized 10 minutes later, and said the food would be rushed and out in another 10 minutes. An hour later it arrived. It was all pretty good quality, but after all that the fried rice that came out didn’t match the description on the vegan menu. It was a beautiful place to sit for a few hours, but if we had other plans it wouldn’t have worked out. The waiter discounted the vegan items 50% since we waited for over 2 hours, but then said he hoped the service had been great despite the wait. Weird, when he had been solely responsible for the incorrect order in the first place.

Great holiday ambiance and atmosphere. I'm glad to see that they have a separate vegan menu. The beyond burger is delicious and very, very filling.
