The first time we stayed here, the food was great and there were a quite a few vegan options. We had ordered breakfast and diner (Halbpension) in advance. One dinner was a delicious three course menu with beluga lentils and eggplant and the highlight of the breakfast were the several vegan „puddings“ like chia pudding. The second time we went, there were no options for breakfast or dinner and the staff seemed a bit challenged by the idea of vegan, but did manage to find something. Note that you can only eat here if you are a hotel guest.

Gutes Restaurant aber nicht für Veganer - Edit
Leider konnte uns die Bedienung trotz Anruf am Vortag mit Nachfrage nach vegan, nicht mitteilen welches Gericht vegan sei. Aus der Karte war keins vegan, ein Tagesgericht (Pilze mit Salat stellte sich als vegan raus) wurde aber ohne Dressing und mit Butter serviert dazu gab es leckeres Brot. Würde also nicht nicht noch mal hin gehen. Sie waren sehr überfordert damit, obwohl sie ja auf der Seite mit vegan werben und der Koch auch meinte es geht klar. Er hatte dann auch noch mal auf Nachfrage ein Gericht vorgeschlagen (extra zu kochen), was ja schon nett ist. Aber man hat sich dann wie ein Verbrecher gefühlt? Personal war aber sehr nett und will das Restaurant hier nicht runter machen! Für Vegetarier wäre es sicherlich gut! Und es gibt hier ja sonst nicht viel wo man essen gehen kann.

Very delicious but also a little bit expensive. More vegan selection would be great. Good service.
