I liked the frittata. I thought the coffee was a bit to sour for me, but that isn't unusual. They don't have a lot of vegan options. There wasn't any annoying noise. It is nothing special, but good enough to go to.

Coffee not good for a place with specialty coffee - Edit
Sadly, my experience there wasn't good. The coffee wasn't tasty (and I know how good redd coffee tastes). I asked for an iced flat white with oat milk but I got something like a failed freddo cappuccino with oat milk...When I asked for more info on what type of coffee they had, the bartended wasn't informed and she had to ask her colleague. This is not what you expect when you visit a cafe with specialty coffee. The staff must be informed about the coffee they serve and the coffee must taste amazing.

I hope, since it's just the beginning, that they will improve.
** Something that they can't change though, is their location, which is right in front of a motorbikes' mechanic and the noise is very annoying.
P.S I forgot my metal straw and when I called to ask if they saw it so I could walk back to pick it up, they had no idea of what I am talking about, they were asking me where I was sitting (the shop wasn't full and we had just left). This adds up to a bad experience. The staff gives you the impression that they don't pay attention to their clients.

Amazing, friendly cafe! - Edit
We visited Lake Cafe every morning during our stay in Athens. We had delicious vegan food and the coffee was great! I had a choice of oat or almond milk in my 'latte freddo' and I could even choose how sweet it was. The staff were extremely friendly and gave us recommendations for the rest of Athens. I will miss it!
