Oltre ad aver mangiato benissimo, il locale è veramente carino ed i proprietari accoglienti e gentilissimi....non vedo l'ora di tornare!

Una piccola perla in una regione in cui è davvero difficile trovare qualcosa di vegano. Piatti buonissimi, anche i più semplici hanno un gusto unico, segno degli ingredienti freschi e della passione che viene messa nel prepararli.

Delicious dishes, even the simplest ones have a unique taste, a sign of the fresh ingredients and the passion put into preparing them. 100% Vegan restaurant and so amazing!

The listing says vegetarian but it’s fully vegan! We ordered a carrot lox starter, and two pasta dishes (gnocchi and a linguini). Finished with chocolate mousse and cheesecake. Everything was incredible. So nice to have a great vegan option in such a quaint/small town! Would 1000% recommend. M

Finalmente

Finalmente un ristorante dove si possono mangiare eccellenti piatti vegani e vegetariani in Val di Sole.
Locale curato in ogni dettaglio, servizio cordiale e premuroso, piatti ben cucinati e ben presentati.
Polpette e paccheri super come i dolci

Delicious vegan / vegetarian restaurant

Delicious vegan / vegetarian restaurant, fresh whole ingredients in a cozy location. The owners were really friendly and nice as well. I am super happy that finally there is a vegan / vegetarian restaurant in this area.

Excellent vegan dinner

We just came back from a great dinner in this sympathetic restaurant. Very good vegan options on the menu, that were clearly prepared with love for food. So good to find a place like this in a relatively small village. Definitely one of the highlights of our first holiday week!

A pleasant dinner

L'Aia is a tastefully decorated little restaurant on a steep cobbled street, tucked away in a quaint mountain village. The service was friendly and welcoming. One vegan option was available for each course.

Cucina Veg in Val di Sole

Cucina con prodotti locali che richiama alla tradizione trentina. I due proprietari, Valentina e Ivan sono stati estremamente accoglienti e hanno reso la serata ancor più piacevole.

Biologico, km zero, vegetariano e vegano in montagna!

Stavamo aspettando l’apertura di un posto così in Val di Sole, Valentina e Igor propongono piatti vegetariani e vegani accompagnati da una buona carta di vini e birre. Ottimi aperitivi. Prezzi giusti.
