Works only with small, local and organic producers, plus has their own garden on the outskirts of the city (90% of the vegetables come from there). Plant based food (seasonal vegetables) is the main ingredient of the dishes, so they always have vegetarian and vegan dishes. Offers very little meat. Open Mon 18:00-22:30, Fri 18:00-22:30, Sat-Sun 13:00-22:30. Closed Tue-Thur.

Slow food specialists

Really appreciated the slow food philosophy of this place, and they were very helpful to make sure i could get vegan versions of the dishes I ordered.
