Incredible food, incredible value - Edit
Unlike a well-reviewed place down the road, La Valle uses the finest ingredients and is generous with them. Given the rents in that area, nourishing food of this quality is an incredible bargain.
Read moreLovely staff too.
Enjoy.

Simple meal - Edit
This place is counter serve: you ask for a main protein, plus two sides, and they scoop it out for you to take out or to eat in basic surroundings in the back. Nothing fancy, but I wanted something on the healthy side and this place fit the bill. The price was very reasonable, and I was very satisfied with my meal.
Read moreNote: this place is no longer open for breakfast—they open around 10:30am and close at 4:30pm. Also, they evidently no longer offer all-you-can-eat deals.

Amazing range of salads, which were vegan. Had a small box which was more than adequate. The three salads I chose were very tasty. Definitely go back again. Great for a healthy lunch, and close to Kings Cross Station. The staff member was friendly and helpful too.

Nutritious and delicious - Edit
Great to get an exciting vegan salad buffet which is an underrepresented offer in London. Sweet potato salad overdelivered with a smoky caramelised finish. The small serving is a generous amount for intermediate hunger levels.

This is a joke, right? - Edit
I saw positive reviews so decide to have breakfast there.
Read moreWhen I arrived it looked promising, lots of good food, croissants..... so I asked what is vegan, the staff said, well nothing is.
For vegan we only have mushrooms and a raw cake.
So I thought I'd have a juice, well, sir, we're out of juices, the machine is broken.
Okay, give me a vegan milk or chocolate milk, I'm really sorry, sir, we don't have that.
So I had to leave because there was nothing vegan for breakfast, passing by on the way back and maybe it would be better on other times of the day, now as a vegan, don't go there for breakfast.
Pros: None
Cons: Everything, Not a place for vegan breakfast

Nice lunch, friendly staff - Edit
Came in, was bit confused by the layout and pricing, stood there having a look for maybe a minute, staff came over and quickly explained. Had a decent sized sort of cardboard carton of buffet food for £4.50, warm. Vegan moussaka was nice (although I'm never huge on vegan cheese and that was still not the best), good rice and butter bean curry, plus plenty of salad.

I was in London earlier than I expected and had some time to kill before meeting a friend. I came across Foodilic and the food on display was fresh and inviting. So, I decided to have my brunch here as I was starving. I went for the All You Can Eat Lunch Buffet which seemed like a good deal for £6.95 when they had a number of Vegan dishes too – tons of fresh vegetables and grains in exciting forms, there was tabbouleh and vegan moussaka! For a buffet, all the options I had were flavourful and tasty too, not bland or generic salads. The raw carrot cake was delicious too with hints of spice. It’s raw so the texture was grainy but still surprisingly moist.
The staff were friendly and nice. The shop has quite a number of tables and seats that isn’t tightly packed even though the space isn’t massive. I would recommend Foodilic for fresh and delicious food at low prices, especially if you’re really hungry – the all you can eat buffet is such a steal!
Pros: Fresh and Delicious Food, Variety of Vegetarian & Vegan Options, Cheap and Convenient
Cons: Not a lot of seating

Fresh, friendly and tasty - Edit
Lots of fresh vegan salads and an excellent vegan moussaka, what's not to like. Buffet with a strongly greek slant (though not exclusively), the salads are excellent and diverse, and the vegan hot food (only two options when I visited towards the end of the day) tasty and substantial. I think I was too late for vegan cake. There's also what looks like good vegan breakfast options. All in a nicely presented style with friendly helpful staff. Oh, and it was £6.95 which is absurdly cheap for such fresh food in central London.

All you can eat for lunch 7£!!!! Amazing :D Big choice of salads and different veggies, falafels, moussaka, rice and bulgur, great for hungry people in a rush. You can also have a takeaway box for 4£. The only bad thing was noise but it’s popular in London. Worth going if you are in the Kings Cross area (the raw vegan cakes are bomb!)

Lovely servers, they give really large portions - any main with 2 portions of salad for £7.20! These are big plates... also the only place I know that doesn’t charge extra for non-dairy milk - £2.10 for an almond/soy/oat milk flat white/latte/cappuccino !
