Only 100 % vegan in Venice - Edit
This is the 2nd time coming here in the last year. The place is a bit far from city center, but the neighborhood is lovely. Dishes are good but not so much tasty, healthy for sure

Very poor - Edit
We are committed vegans of many years. The menu looked exciting but the taste and presentation of food didn’t deliver. Where are the great fresh Italian vegetables? The fresh tasting sauces? The food seemed like 20 years ago. Sorry we are fully disappointed.

Cons: Eher kleinere Portionen

everybody happy - Edit
We were three (me vegan, my 2 friends omnivore), and we ordered three different menues. Everybody was happy and enjoyed their meal. I tried all of them, and everything was great and very tasty. And rather cheap in comparison with eating banal vegan pizza or pasta in town. I really recommend this place. With vaporetto 5.1 or 5.2 (station S. Marta) it's only a stone's throw from the centre of Venice (S. Marco).

Friendly staff, taste great - Edit
We came for lunch (skipped breakfast) and ordered thai noodles. A bit like pad thai. But where are the veggies? This is, in my opinion, not a dish for a salad at the side. But maybe we are used to thai dishes🤷♀️
Read moreAnyway, the taste was really great!!!
If i would have known before, I would have ordered a salad before this dish, or just asked and pay for more veggies.
I didn't understood why we got bread at the side. Doesn't fit the dish and was very dry and no oil or cream with it. My hubby was hungry so he ate it al, but for me it had no added value (on the contrarary).
After we had tiramisu. The cake was a bit crumbly, not smooth as it should be (like original recepi) , but the cream...oh, that taste and mouthfeel, jummie!
It is great to go to a restaurant and know it is al vegan.

Best vegan meal I had in Venice - Edit
This was by far the best vegan place in Venice that I've been to. We went there for dinner on Saturday night and the place was already packed, luckily they could squeeze us in for an hour, but it's definitely better to make a reservation in advance when you're planning to go.
Read moreThey had an English menu and the staff spoke English too. They were very friendly even though the place was busy. We ordered a variety of different items and were disappointed by none of them. The highlight was definitely the Tiramisu!
I would highly recommend this place if you want to treat yourself to a nice dinner.
Update 2021:
I went back and had - again - a great time. I came with a reservation this time luckily because they were turning away people for dinner. It was quite busy and getting to order took some time, but once we ordered everything came in a timely manner. I came with 3 Italians (2 non vegans) who enjoyed the food as well. Only the white sauce coming with the ravioli was quite off-putting but on the other hand, the orange cheese cake was superb! Would come again but hoping for bigger servings for the price tag sometime…

Viele Optionen; gutes Essen. - Edit
Joghurtdip gemeinsam sehr gut waren.

Great vegan Restaurant - Edit

Starter and 1st very delicious - desserts were just okay - Edit
We had juices and housemade green iced tea. The bread is special which you get with the "coperto". Menu just via app or on a white board (but maybe not up to date as the waitress mentioned). We had two starters and as a first plate Thai noodles and lasagne. Food was delicious. The dessert, a cake and three small sweets, were okay, but nothing special.

Wonderful food experience - Edit
La Tecia Vegana is definitely one of the best food experiences you could experience in Italy and in Venice for sure. I have been here many times, and have never been disappointed. Tonight we sat outside and had a selection of appetisers: hummus, gazapacho, and vegan carpaccio. Everything was delicious. Their forte are also the vegan versions of classic Italian and Venetian dishes. Don’t miss their chickpea frittata, fluffy and delicious, filled with thinly cut red onion. And for dessert try their tiramisù or their raw cakes. Service is quick and staff are very kind.
