Cool place with meatless/veg/ vg options

Mexican foodie situation earlier @lasalsasingapore. Been there twice and love the ambience always. So chill. They serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Spacious place with beautiful deco. Staff are friendly people hence do do do let them know your dietary requirements for better reco. They can do meatless, veg with no alliums and vegan options upon request. Earlier, we had tried the below. Love them all and especially the broccoli and churros. 😋

✨Jalapeno Relleno - Breaded fresh jalapeno poppers stuffed with cheese

✨Tlayuda - Traditional Oaxacan-style pizza with fresh herbs, pickled onions, refried beans,
tomato salsa, queso fresco and choice of topping - chorizo, chicken or minced beef

✨Molcajete Queso - grilled vegetables served with mozerella cheese, sauteed onions and bell peppers, topped with house special tomatillo habanero sauce, accompanied with warm flour/corn tortillas, guacamole, crema and house salsa

✨Brócoli a la Mexicana - Char-grilled broccoli and smoked pimento with roasted tomato sauce

✨Churros - Flour dough sticks sprinkled with cinnamon sugar served with butterscotch or chocolate sauce

Pros: Customisable option, Cool place, Friendly staff

Awesome and unique vegetarian options

Interesting Latin & Mexican cuisine in a fascinating ambience with huge wall murals! Love the vegetarian selections we tried. They are highly flexible in catering to different dietary needs, be it vegetarian, vegan, allium-free, gluten-free, etc because 90% of their dishes are cooked from scratch upon order!

We felt transported to a different world upon stepping inside, with their Latin music and decorations. Think Mexican hat, floor-to-ceiling murals, live stage and an impressive bar counter. That sort of whipped up our appetite and we couldn't wait to try their Latin cuisine.

In their menu, you can find classics like Tacos, Quesadilla, Burrito, Enchilada, Chimichanga, Fajitas, etc. I am sure they are good but we opted for something different. The food left us very full and satisfied.

Featured here are:
✅Jalapeno Relleno - Breaded fresh jalapeno poppers stuffed with cheese.
✅Tlayuda (V) - Traditional Oaxacan-style pizza with fresh herbs, pickled onions, refried beans, tomato salsa, queso fresco.
✅Molcajete Queso (V)- grilled vegetables served with mozerella cheese, sauteed onions and bell peppers, topped with house special tomatillo habanero sauce, accompanied with warm flour/corn tortillas, guacamole, crema and house salsa

We enjoyed the food very much. I love their food for being flavourful and providing a refreshing gastronomic experience. Latin cuisines are known to showcase intense and varied flavours with the use of spicy chiles, cilantro, cumin, and oregano.  My personal favourites would be the Oaxacan-style pizza and Jalapeno Relleno due to their unique taste profiles.
