Gringo Rustic Italian - Edit
We got hummus, a specially requested vegan pasta dish, and a mushroom vegan cheese pizza. The hummus was average, the pasta was nothing particularly special (the noods were good), the fungi pizza was delicious. It's nice that they have options but it was middle of the road. The thing to get is drinks and the vegan fungi pizza.

Had 3 pretty good evenings here. Staff is happy to help you with vegan recommendations and they also have a vegan pizza (La Vegana), which is somehow not on the menu so far. Mocktails are also great, try the Manzanilla & Maracuja. Best dish: Rosarito without cheese

Vegetarian pizza - Edit
This was the best vegetarian pizza I have ever had. We ordered it with real cheese. The crust was very thin, the pizza was served hot, and it was so delicious, that the two of them were inhaled almost instantly. Tastes just like in Italy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I told them I am vegan and they say they could make any dish vegan, specially the pastas.... for vegans they can change the pasta made from eggs to a pasta made from rice or pumpkin, they could also modify all the dressings and accommodate the toping according vegan or vegetarian preferences
