Try the croissant! - Edit
We stopped by just for croissants and drinks. There were 2 vegan croissants when we went: a whole grain and a frutos rojos (filled with 'red fruit' jam). I preferred the frutos rojos as it was a bit more buttery and sweet; my partner liked the whole grain that was a little more bready. You can't really go wrong with either.

Cons: Few vegan options, I think croissants are supposed to be sweet.

Tasty Vegan Food - Edit
This beautiful restaurant is a very good choice if you are in Alcalá de Henares. The only vegan options on the menu are a Quinoa tabule and a vegan burger, but I tried the burger and it was delicious!

Me alegro mucho siempre cuando aparece un sitio nuevo con opciones para veganos. Este sítio no ofrece nada del otro mundo, pero un vegano no se queda con hambre. Para desayunar sería un sitio perfecto pero desgraciadamente las veces que fuí ahora en invierno hacía frío que no me quite ni el abrigo.
