Non-veg
Serves meat, vegan options available. Historical restaurant (est.1816) serving Colombian food. Vegans can have the "envuelto" (typical Colombian dish made with corn) without the cheese, fruit salad, toast with jam (mora, arequipe, papayuela or melao) and sides such as Colombian rice & avocado. Removed due to lack of vegan options.

The oldest restaurant in Colombia - Edit
This is a must for a visit in Bogota as the place was opened in 1816 and it's still kept to this day like at its origin. They have limited vegan options but you can ask for "envuelto" (typical Colombian dish which is vegan by default, made basically out of corn) without the cheese / fruit salad / toast with jam (mora, arequipe, papayuela, melao) / sides such as rice (typically cooked the colombian way, delicious), avocado. Also their coffee is delicious.
