Super lecker, schönes Lokal und jeden Cent wert - Edit
Hier bekommt man wirklich erstklassiges, preiswertes und sehr sehr leckeres Essen. Jeweils Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Dessert für 2 Personen für insgesamt 40€ inklusive einer Flasche Wasser die man gleich zur Begrüßung bekommt. War das beste Lokal meines Wochenendebesuchs in Paris =)

Das Essen war lecker, allerdings wurden die Gerichte zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten zum Tisch gebracht und zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptgang mussten wir ungefähr eine Stunde warten.

Exquisite! A Paris favorite! - Edit
La Palanche D'Aulac is one of the best (of many) restaurants we tried in Paris, offering authentic and extraordinarily well-prepared Vietnamese food with genuinely warm and helpful service. Dining with friends, we got to sample quite a few dishes and everything was fantastic.

This is the first vegan vietnamese place I've been to since it is fairly easy finding vegan options at most vietnamese restaurants. The food was delicious and generously portioned, looking forward to my next visit.

My husband and I were tired from a long day of sightseeing, and were thrilled to find this vegan Vietnamese joint open. Cozy interior, a little far from the center of town, but with delicious Vietnamese food and very helpful staff.

The food was wonderful, with some unique flavours. I was both in a rush and exhausted from a long flight and the servers were super friendly and efficient. The food was so delicious I wish I had had more time to enjoy it - I'll definitely be back!

The super simple exterior and interior setting did not match the perfectly seasoned tasty and balanced lunch that we had.

We had two salads and two soups. The soups portions were huge and we both couldn’t finish the what was on the plates.
No doubt that we will be back.

We saw all the happy reviews and thought it couldn’t be that good but they really are very good! The flavors were amazing, the portions are good sized and they have many gluten free options including their desserts. We loved it!

It was a bit hard to find because of no signage, but it is well worth it I promise. Very good food. Had to come to Paris to have the best vegan Pho!

It is a nice cozy (yet quite spacious) restaurant near Montmartre with great Vietnamese food for really good price (9-14€) for Paris! We especially liked the pho and other rice noodle soup with coconut (?) was also pretty good. Would like to go and try all the other menu! The people working are also very nice.

Excellent Vietnamese cuisine - Edit
I read some exceptional reviews here on Happy Cow and so I wanted to try it. The place is really cosy and the owners are very kind. I tried their nams with homemade seitan and, although they were deep fried, they were very light. I then ordered their skewers, with different seasonings: absolutely delicious. Definitely recommended.
