This is just a short update.
We've been now several times to La Palanche d'Aulac; and it's become one of our favorite spots in Paris.
The menu has recently been updated; but the plates remain excellent!
If you live in Paris and you haven't tried it yet, what are you waiting for?
If you are visiting Paris, you should consider going there before/after a stroll around Montmartre (it's a 10-min walk from Anvers station).

Very enjoyable vietnamese restaurant between Notre-Dame-de-Lorette and Anvers stations.
The menu is not large, but there are plenty of plates to choose from (check their homepage for the full list).
There are some dishes I hadn't seen in the other vegan asian restaurants in Paris, so that's a plus.
Everything we had was delicious, and had a nice home-made feeling. Portions were very fair with respect to the price.
The service was friendly too.
The only thing I would improve is the offer of hot drinks; but that's just a minor issue.
Note:
At the moment, they accept only cash, so be sure to bring some (you can find some ATMs on Rue des Martyrs).

After a long day of walking and biking, hunger and happycow reviews brought us here. We ordered the homemade rolls, noodle soup and XL bowl. XL means XL; even the ‘normal’ dishes come in big salad bowls! Noodle soup was great, the rest was good. Service is fast, the bill gave me a fulfilling smile.

The nems were delicious and gorgeous.
The Mi Kathi soup was some next level stuff. Completely made my evening, still dreaming about it.
Didn't like the Vietnamese cocktail.
The menu is short so it feels like everything is fresh and not microwaved.

Après avoir testé des restaurants vietnamiens veganes à Berlin puis des resto asiatiques divers à Londres et quelques autres de Paris on à été encore plus merveilleusement ravis de ce resto ! Une carte courte qui sent bon le fait maison, des plats qu'on à pas l'habitude de trouver dans d'autres resto du même genre, une cuisine hyper raffinée, assaisonnée à la perfection, un cadre tranquille et un service sympa, le tout pour un prix carrément abordable !!

The food and service are amazing. I especially love the skewers. My only complaint is it was so hot inside, they need air con! Especially since eating makes people even hotter. It was uncomfortable, if it wasn't so hot we would have stayed for dessert as well!

Nice, clean, friendly vegan restaurant with delicious Vietnamese food. The banana leaf salad was just as tasty as it was beautiful. The same is true for the coconut noodle soup (my favorite of what I ordered), it came with tofu, seitan, carrots, etc. but it would have been nice to have more veggies. I was not a fan of the pho. It had a strong cinnamon/star anise smell and taste...but I guess everything can't be a home run. Both vegans and non-vegans would really enjoy the food here. Highly recommended.

Fantastic find! A simple menu of 8 starters, 8 mains and 4 desserts but lots of variety and cooked and prepared well. Starters, mains, drinks and a dessert for €48 it was good value. The rice rolls wrapped in fresh mint and lettuce were delicious, and the Ming bean and coconut cake was a revelation! The venue had a relaxed easy feel to it, a nice social space. Highly recommend.
