Clear vegan options - Edit
Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu as well as on the seasonal black boards. The staff is very friendly and can veganize certain vegetarian dishes as well! They are very accommodating and helpful. Food was very tasty as well! A bit expensive though.

Restaurant mit veganen Optionen, leider nur auf einer extra Tafel. Das Risotto war lecker, aber nichts wirklich herausragendes, für das ich extra dort essen gehen würden. Wenn man in einer gemischtköstlichen Gruppe unterwegs ist, eignet sich das Locanta sicherlich gut, oder wenn man, so wie wir, spontan in der Nähe ist und Hunger hat.

Their vegan menu constantly changes, see the blackboard for the vegan items they are currently serving. The antipasti was great - we had the bruschetta and antipasti di verdura and it was delicious. The pasta was along good as well. I had the fusili mit spargel und fresh tomatoes.

One of the few, if not unique pizzerias in Handschuhsheim with a decent variety of vegan options on the menu. High quality, fresh food is served every time I visit, and I visit quite often. Staff is pretty good and polite. Highly recommended for plant-based folks😉prices are typical of a regular restaurant.
