Délicieux et authentique - Edit
Nous étions 7 personnes à déjeuner à La Goutine. Nous avons pris plusieurs plats à base de seitan, tofu et des salades. Tous étaient unanimes pour pointer le soin apporté a la préparation, le goût et la fraicheur! Les desserts sont également délicieux. Rajoutez un accueil chaleureux et vous avez une pause véritablement vegane à ne pas manquer à Limoux.

Totally organic vegan, french gourmet style! It doesn't get any better than this. We live close by and eat here once a week. I'm so blessed to have chef Benedicte and this restaurant so close!
Read moreIt's off the beaten track, which makes it's an adventure as well. Benedicte does everything herself, and does it well. She buys only organic food, cooks everything from scratch, takes the orders, serves drinks and food, presents the bill and takes the money, and makes sure the restaurant is always clean and tidy. Cash only, but there is a cash point just round the corner. She took over at the end of June 2018, and now has a wide client base of tourists, locals, vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. Look out for her New Years Eve special night!
Pros: Great vegan organic food., Dedication by chef Benedicte to create with love., Good value for money.
Cons: None that I know of.

True nourishment for the body and soul - Edit
This is a very special place. The owner/chef cares deeply about sourcing local, organic, fresh ingredients to create delicious, nourishing meals. Each course is a delight, made with love. She even took special care to create a mini meal for our 2 year old daughter. We ate here twice, and both occasions were highlights of our holiday in the region. La Goutine is a rare find, a wee gem right enough, veganism and compassion in action. Do not miss it if you’re in town.

Had booked to stay self catering in Limoux thinking we’d have to cook for ourselves.
Read moreA HappyCow search threw up this wee jewel. Thinking we’d give it a shot we booked one night. The food was so good we ended up booking for 3 nights.
Each course on each night was so tasty. Although it’s a menu complet the owner was good about making tweaks for my fussy husband.
Don’t pass this wee jewel by. We’ll definitely be back.

Découvert par hasard sur la route des vacances, ce petit restaurant est top ! Simple avec 2 menus à midi (13€ et 18€ le jour de notre passage) mais avec des plats maîtrisés et délicieux ! Tout bio, tout bon, tout de saison.

Nice restaurant!! In the south of france it is not easy to find veggi restaurants but in La Goutine you can enjoy a nice menu or just a main course dish!! All the products are biological and the owner is going to make you feel as at home!!
