Burger was really nice, had to double check it was vegan as it was quite realistic, chips was homemade from potato’s and there was homemade chutneys available.
A refreshing change in a city of fairly few vegi / vegan options.

I had the tofu BBQ burger which was quite good (the patty's texture was way better than you're average veggie pattie) and fries on the side. I really liked the food and was actually surprised by the fact that they have vegan cheese! However, there are only two vegan burgers and most of the sides options are not vegan. Would like to see the beyond burger there too, I think it would do pretty good!

I visited La Central twice and it was amazing both times. First time I had vegan BBQ burger with fries on a side. Second time I had Coral burger with vegan patty and amazing salad on a side. You can choose any option from the menu and add vegan patty instead of meat, so as a vegetarian you have about 12 options in the menu to choose from and as a vegan around 5-6.

Huge burger at a good price! Great place to go for vegans and non vegans because there are options for everyone. 2 vegan burgers to choose from as well as sides. A large variety of craft beer as well.

Taste was ok but as a vegan there was no choice, only 1 hamburger. The service came every two minutes to ask if everything was ok, and if they could take some plates away, so we felt they wanted us to leave.

Very helpful staff that welcomed us and told us how the order system worked. Nice interior and a big plus for the many beer options! I ate the vegan seitan burger and it was totally delicious! I would order it again if i come back. The fries was also really good, we were four people charing a plate of 500 grams fried potatoes and it was perfect (also ate a burger each). Over all a great experiance!!

Two choices of Vegan burger, we had the chickpea patty but I’ll be going for the Vegan Sue tan with wasabi mayo next time. Loads of food, we were really full when we finished. The rustic French fries were fab. Staff spoke good English and were really nice. Would definitely recommend here. It was really busy, (we were there at 2pm) but we managed to get a table.

Tried out this burger place to see if they have vegan options and by coincidence, the special burger was a vegan one, BBQ vegan lentil burger, it was very tasty, would definitely try it out again.
Read moreMy boyfriend tried the Seitan burger on the permanent menu, it was ok, but I am not a fan of algae.
Also, the little portion of fries, is very big and tasty.
Even though the price is not very cheap, the portions are pretty big, the place is nice and clean and the staff is nice and friendly.
I recommend this place for the interesting vegan options it has!
